TvWatch.app is designed with minimal data collection. We do not require user accounts and we do not sell personal data.

2. Data We Process

• Favorites (local only): your selected favorite channels are stored in your browser via localStorage.
• Favorites grouping request: when favorites are displayed, your browser sends favorite channel IDs to an internal API route so the app can assemble grouped results.
• Standard technical data: infrastructure providers may process standard request logs (e.g., IP, user agent) for security and operations.

3. Third-Party Content

TvWatch.app references publicly available third-party stream resources. Accessing such resources may subject you to those providers' own privacy policies and terms.

4. How We Use Data

• To deliver channel browsing and playback discovery features.
• To persist your favorites on your device.
• To maintain service reliability and security.

5. Data Retention

Favorites remain in your browser until you remove them or clear site data. We do not maintain account-level user profiles in the current implementation.

We use reasonable measures to protect the service, but no online system is completely secure. You use the service at your own risk.
